Welcome to the Rulemaking Comment/Response Tool User's Guide.

The EASA Rulemaking Comment/Response Tool (CRT) is a web-based application which facilitates the workflow of NPA (Notices of Proposed Amendment) documents issued by EASA, allowing users to review these NPAs, add comments to them, view the corresponding responses in the CRD (Comment/Response Document) and add their reactions before the final publication of the document.
